PNG 64x64

I only needed this for some silly rotating gifs on the meet the staff page, so it's very shitty and claude made some of it. It uses gif.js and skinview3d.

The old way I made them was by rendering a skin as a gif in Novaskin's Resource Pack Creator, and making the black background transparent for every frame in GIMP. It was not very fun, so this exists now!
