PNG 64x64

I only needed this for some silly rotating gifs on the meet the staff page, so this is almost entirely vibecoded. It uses gif.js and skinview3d.

The old way I made them was by rendering a skin as a gif in Novaskin's Resource Pack Creator, and making the black background transparent for every frame in GIMP. It was not very fun, so this exists now!
