Currently I use the Start Menu + Taskbar + Notif Center stylers, Better file sizes in Explorer details, Taskbar Volume Control, Taskbar auto-hide when maximized, Taskbar auto-hide speed, No Focus Rectangle, Disable Taskbar Thumbnails, Alt+Tab window delayer, and Disk Pie Chart.
Incredibly fast search in explorer and file dialogs.
Can find files and launch apps, it basically replaces windows search entirely.
Always On Top, FancyZones, Text Extractor, and other QoL features for Windows (official Microsoft app btw).
Brings back classic Windows gadgets that Microsoft removed from newer versions.
Microsoft's reason for removing them was because they were a 'security issue,' but really they weren't. The only issue was that some idiot might install some shady gadget off of a 3rd party website.
